PRUPIM has appointed NICK EARLY as the commercialisation director in its asset management team. He joins PRUPIM after having worked for two and a half years at DX3, a digital music technology company, and prior to that three and a half years at Carphone Warehouse.

MIDLANDS CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY has appointed PREET GANDHI as its new business development manager, with responsibility for growing the retail business through business acquisitions and new-build or development sites. After graduating in international business from the University of Manchester, Preet initially worked in student recruitment before gaining significant experience in the acquisitions field, working on behalf of a global blue chip company.

Suffolk-based TOOLBOX MARKETING has appointed JOHN TROWELL as its client relations manager. John was previously international channel manager for Aprimo Inc.

BRASIER HARRIS has merged with regional practice Freeth Melhuish. The new business Brasier Freeth will further consolidate its position as a national retail property agent with the role of business space adviser in London and the South East.

JUDITH ARMITT has been appointed managing director of the new ASHFORD'S FUTURE company. She is a former chief executive of Medway Council and, more recently, chief executive of the Thames Gateway. The new company has been set up to drive forward key projects to support ambitious growth plans for Ashford.

MADE TO ORDER, one of the Subway chain's main development companies in the north of England, has appointed a new property director, MARK FRANKS. He joins Made To Order from Farrho Developments, where he served as development manager for the firm's leisure, roadside and mixed-use portfolio. Prior to this, he spent six years at Elf Oil.

KING STURGE has expanded its retail team with the appointment of BEN GEMMILL as an associate. He joins from DTZ and brings eight years' experience to his new role. He joins King Sturge's in-house retail team in London, concentrating mainly on shopping centre leasing and working on such schemes as Northern Quarter, Portsmouth and Eden, High Wycombe.

Designer outlet developer and operator MCARTHURGLEN has appointed VICTOR BUSSER CASAS as leasing director in the southern Europe regions of Italy, Greece, Spain and Turkey. He was senior leasing executive for Madrid Xananu and more recently, country manager at Neinver Italia.
