Incentive FM extends shopping centre portfolio

Incentive FM has signed a three-year deal to provide a fully integrated TFM solution at St Stephen’s Shopping Centre in Kingston-upon-Hull

The TFM contract was awarded by managing agent Munroe K and Incentive FM will self deliver a full range of services required for the retail environment, including security, cleaning, maintenance and other support services. IFM will also have full responsibility for the centre’s large multi storey car park, providing 24-hour security for its evening leisure based tenants. Landscaping and pest control also form part of the remit. All cleaning at the centre will be undertaken using ‘ec-H2O’ Electronically Converted Water Technology, which is both safe and sustainable.

As part of the deal, thirty-eight existing employees will transfer under TUPE to Incentive FM who will also strengthen the team with the appointment of an administrative assistant and also an M&E apprentice, who will all report weekly to a Regional Manager.
