String of new retailers at The Mall Luton

Published:  12 December, 2012

The Mall Luton has signed Apple franchise Stormfront, jewellery chain Pandora and footwear retailer Barratts.

Capital & Regional, asset managers of The Mall Fund, have agreed a five year lease with Stormfront for a 1,400 sq ft store. Barratts will occupy a 2,400 sq ft unit and has signed a 10 year lease. Danish jewellery chain Pandora has agreed a 10 year lease and will take a 900 sq ft unit. Stromfront and Pandora are in the process of completing their store fit outs and aim to be open for Christmas trading.

Gareth Holland, asset manager at Capital & Regional, said: “These brands demonstrate our commitment to providing a varied and strong tenant mix at The Mall Luton. To have secured Stormfront is a particularly good result for the centre and, along with Barratts and Pandora, will complement the existing retailer line-up and position The Mall Luton as a regionally dominant centre.”

The news follows on from the announcement that H&M is taking 22,000 sq ft in the centre.

The letting agents for The Mall Luton are Jones Lang LaSalle.
