Intu Potteries signs Coast to Coast

American-themed restaurant to join the £20m restaurant extension which is due to open in Autumn 2015

Coast to Coast American Restaurant & Bar is the sixth restaurant to sign at the 60,000-sq ft extension to the intu Potteries shopping centre in a list that features Nando’s, PizzaExpress, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Chiquito and Frankie & Benny’s plus a 1,100-seat, nine-screen Cineworld. Coast to Coast, part of The Restaurant Group, has signed a 25-year lease for 6,000 sq ft within a stand-alone building on the pedestrian boulevard running along the front of the restaurants.

Martin Breeden, regional director of intu, said: “We are giving plenty of reasons for our customers to visit more often and stay for longer. By the end of this year, they will be able to shop at more than 80 major retailers, watch a movie and enjoy a meal in a family-friendly restaurant. Coast to Coast is a great addition to the choices on offer.”
