Eastgate lettings

Three months after purchasing Eastgate in Inverness for 170m, the Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund has already secured three new tenants.

Silverscreen, represented by Blair Kirkman, has taken 1,970 sq ft at 145,000 pa. Hallmark Cards, represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, has taken 1,500 sq ft at 76,000 pa. And Thomas Kinkade, also represented by JLL, has taken 480 sq ft at 30,000 pa.

Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker and CBRE acted for the Grosvenor Shopping Centre Fund.
