Byron Hamburgers and Caffe Nero sign at St Davids

Land Securities and intu’s St David’s Partnership, owners of St David’s in Cardiff, have signed Byron to make its Welsh debut in a 5,150-sq ft restaurant, set across two levels on Grand Arcade. Set to open in summer 2017, The new location will benefit from an external frontage and is situated close to John Lewis and Treetop Adventure Golf.

In addition Caffè Nero recently joined St David’s. The new 1,142-sq ft café, located on Cathedral Walk, launched earlier this month.

Intu regional director Colin Flinn said: “This new signing highlights our ability to attract well-known restaurant names looking to secure their flagship sites outside of London. Byron will join Wahaca and Jamie’s Italian, ensuring St David’s is one of the leading and most in demand centres in the UK with a broad customer demographic drawn from across the region.”
