London Designer Outlet opens 70 per cent let
Published:  25 October, 2013

A late flurry of lettings have taken Quintain’s 350,000-sq ft London Designer Outlet to 70 per cent let ahead of its 24 October opening.

Skechers, Asics and Onitsuka Tiger have joined the strong sports retail line up at the capital’s first outlet centre which is next door to Wembley Stadium.

Other new signings include shoe retailers Pavers and Daniel Footwear, and the Pavers’ store will be its 100th opening. They will be joined by Sunglass Hut and Pro Kitchen, meaning that more than 70 per cent of the 100 units are leased. Anchor retailers including Nike, Adidas, LK Bennett, Superdry, Guess, Gap, Clarks and Marks & Spencer with more to be announced over the coming months.

The centre will also feature a new nine-screen Cineworld and a strong line-up of restaurants including Prezzo, Handmade Burger Co, Las Iguanas and TGI Fridays. Following lettings to Ping Pong and Cabana, the catering element is now 100 per cent leased.

James Saunders, chief operating officer at Quintain, said: “These last few weeks have been incredibly exciting with so many fantastic brands securing their space at London Designer Outlet before we open to the public on 24 October.”
