Chris Poole, asset manager at M&G Real Estate, added: “George will be a great asset to our team as we progress plans to improve and bring new retail names to Ayr Central – we warmly welcome him to the team.”

His appointment comes five months after M&G Real Estate acquired the centre, which opened in the heart of Ayr in 2006 and houses brands such as Debenhams, Primark, Topshop, H&M and Next.
