Cushman & Wakefield appointed by KPMG to market the 13 UK stores

The 13 UK stores, which continue to trade, are located in prime fashion retail locations. The eight London stores include Oxford Street, Camden High Street, Carnaby Street, Neal Street, Kensington High Street, Shoreditch and both Westfield Stratford and Westfield London, with a further five in Brighton, Bristol, Leeds, Nottingham and Glasgow.

Toby Comerford, international partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s retail team, said: “This represents an amazing opportunity for a brand to buy a ready-made collection of prime stores in the key fashion hubs across London and in core cities across the UK. Opportunities like this are rarely available, so already there is keen interest from a wide range of purchasers. We anticipate these stores being particularly attractive to new entrants to the UK seeking to acquire such prime sites in one fell swoop.”

  • Glasgow, Unit 3, Stock Exchange, Nelson Mandela Place
