Hermes Investment Management has continued its strategy of attracting premium brands at centre:mk in Milton Keynes. Molton Brown has taken a 1,700-sq ft store in the heart of centre:mk’s new premium quarter at 9 Silbury Arcade. And menswear and womenswear brand Hawes & Curtis is upsizing to a new 1,800-sq ft store on Silbury Arcade, close to the recently opened T2, and The White Company.
The news follows the completion of the £10m refurbishment of centre:mk’s Sunset Walk to create a contemporary environment for premium brands. Anchored by House of Fraser, Premium Quarter plays host to a range of fashion, lifestyle and accessory brands, such as Hobbs, Jigsaw, Joules, L’Occitane, Pandora and The White Company. They are complemented by a critical mass of dining brands, including Byron, Carluccio’s, Wagamama and Jamie’s Italian.
