TH Real Estate has further expanded its offering at Whitefriars, Canterbury with the announcement of two new lettings at the centre: Billís Restaurant and Metro Bank. Following fit outs of both units, both Billís Restaurant and Metro Bank are aiming to open in the second half of 2017.
Billís Restaurant, which has nearly 80 restaurants around the UK, will take a 3,520 sq ft unit on Rose Lane on a 20-year lease. †Metro Bank will be opening its first Canterbury store in a 10,000-sq ft unit.
