Hudon Lonestar sells Antonine centre in Cumbernauld

The Antonine centre in Cumbernauld has been sold to Bridges Ventures and Scoop Asset Management for c15m. The scheme held long leasehold from the Local Authority with 164 years unexpired.

The 205,153-sq ft centre, built 10 years ago by London & Regional, comprises 42 retail units anchored by Dunnes with other key national multiple retailers including: Next, TK Maxx, Boots, JD Sports, Sports Direct, River Island and Poundworld.
